What it does

Feedback App asks every customer one question after a purchase or a finished job: how likely are you to recommend us, from 0 to 10.

Scores are tallied and tracked over time for your business. If a score is low, the app alerts you privately, so you can follow up before the customer complains anywhere public.

Score history can be exported.
