What it does

Queue App is a digital waitlist for places with a line. Customers check in from their own phone or by scanning a QR code at the door.

They join a live line, and your staff see the queue on a simple dashboard and work through it in order.

A customer's details are kept only while they wait and are deleted once they are seated or removed. Only anonymous wait times are kept for reporting.
